Zico held his solo debut 10th-anniversary concert, ZICO LIVE: JOIN THE PARADE, at the Olympic Hall in Seoul’s Olympic Park on the afternoon of the 24th, where he met with fans.

The concert kicked off with hit songs like Ssaeng and Zico greeted the audience, saying, “It’s been so long. I’ve missed you. Actually, a solo concert feels different from a regular event or performance. I’ve missed seeing all of you at a solo concert.”

Later, during his performance of Spot!, Jennie suddenly appeared on stage, shocking the audience with her unexpected appearance. Without any formal greeting, Jennie performed and exited.

After the performance, Zico expressed his surprise, saying, “I didn’t expect Jennie to come up. Suddenly, the music director told me through my earpiece to ‘turn off the music,’ and I wondered who was coming up, thinking of all sorts of things. But then Jennie appeared, and I was shocked. We performed a stage here that we didn’t do at the MAMA Awards.”

Jennie and Zico have built a strong friendship through their collaboration on the song “SPOT!”. Previously, Zico and BLACKPINK’s Jennie held a joint live broadcast on April 26th to talk about the release of Zico’s new song “Spot!” in the day. The broadcast was watched by more than 110,000 fans, and BLACKPINK member Lisa also showed up in the chat room, commenting, “It’s me.”

Zico’s new song “Spot!” featuring Jennie is a hip-hop song about the unvarnished moments of two friends who met at a party by chance late at night. Zico explained, “I want to make a song that people can’t get tired of even if they play it over and over again.”

Zico said, “Still, Jennie wasn’t satisfied. I believed I was the strictest with work. But I was not l. I was shocked by how dedicate she was.” Jennie smiled broadly and said, “But didn’t it turn out well at the end? I consider it a battle. I think the fans will be more affectionate when they see us putting our hands into the work.”
