Ji Suk-jin Celebrates 60th Birthday in Style with A-List Celebrities and Prominent Gangnam Property Owners

The upcoming episode of SBS’s “Running Man“, airing on Sunday, February 23, will showcase Ji Suk-jin’s 60th birthday celebration, hosted at Kim Jong-kook’s home. During a recent recording, the cast visited Kim’s house, which he is preparing to move out of, and carried out a major cleanup. They turned their discoveries into prizes for a special game, but before the missions began, they surprised Ji Suk-jin with a birthday party.
Ji Ye-eun, who shares the same Chungju Ji clan as Ji Suk-jin and is known for their father-daughter-like chemistry, prepared seaweed soup for him. However, as an already infamous “cooking rookie,” her dish left the members divided, some enjoyed it, while others reacted with uncertainty. The taste of her unique chicken breast seaweed soup remains a mystery.

The cast also played a game using items they unearthed from Kim Jong-kook’s house. They had to sketch all the members’ faces on sticky notes within one minute, resulting in hilariously distorted portraits. The real challenge came when they had to correctly identify the shuffled drawings, leading to total chaos as even the artists failed to recognize their own work.
As a result, Kim Jong-kook found himself at risk of losing the prizes he had put up for grabs. However, the supposed “cleanup” mission turned into a full-blown celebration, with the cast prioritizing fun and presents over tidying up. Viewers can catch the hilarious “SOS: Extreme Cleanup Zone” race on “Running Man” on Sunday, February 23, at 6:10 PM (KST).
