On the February 19th broadcast of KBS Cool FM’s “Park Myung Soo’s Radio Show”, Jisoo joined as a guest to promote her second solo album.
Discussing her recent activities in Korea, she shared, “I performed on ‘Inkigayo’ on Sunday. Since it’s been a while, I was really nervous. Some junior artists also came to greet me – it’s touching to see younger idols who grew up watching us. It gave me a sense of responsibility and made me want to work even harder.”

She also expressed how pleased she was with her stage, saying, “When performing in Korea, they film from so many different angles, and the results turn out great. I was worried about whether I could find the cameras properly after such a long time, but thankfully, the editing team did a great job, and I was really happy with it.”
When asked about the pressure of going from group to solo activities, Jisoo admitted, “That’s true. It takes longer to practice because I have to focus on every detail. Performing alone can feel lonely sometimes. But when Rosé came to support me, I suddenly felt more confident as soon as she arrived.”
Host Park Myung Soo then asked if she stays in touch with the other BLACKPINK members. Jisoo responded, “We video call each other. Since some of the members are far away, we can’t always meet in person, but when they call me, they’re often dancing while on the call – it’s really cute. They even sent me a coffee truck. All the members went all out and even sent a snack truck, too.”

On the other hand, Jisoo recently released her solo mini-album “AMORTAGE” along with the title “Earthquake” on February 14th. She is also appearing on the zombie-romance K-drama “Newtopia”, and will be starring the movie adaptation of the famous webnovel “Omniscient Readers’ Viewpoint”.
