
According to an exclusive report by DongA, Jo Bo-ah confirmed a special appearance in “The Divorce Insurance” (directed by Lee Won-suk and Choi Bo-kyung, written by Lee Tae-yoon). The drama is a unique office romantic comedy centered around an insurance company’s innovation product development team. They tackle one of modern society’s most pressing issues, divorce, by creating an unconventional “divorce insurance” policy. Lee Dong-wook, Lee Joo-bin, Lee Kwang-soo, and Lee Da-hee are among the cast members.

“The Divorce Insurance” is helmed by director Lee Won-suk, known for the film “Killing Romance,” and written by Lee Tae-yoon, who previously worked on “Secret Royal Inspector & Joy” and “The Undateables.”
Jo Bo-ah’s appearance is drawing attention as she reunites with Lee Dong-wook, who plays the lead role, No Gi-jun. The two previously starred together in the 2020 fantasy drama “Tale of the Nine Tailed,” where their on-screen chemistry captivated audiences. She plays a customs officer investigating a complex smuggling network. However, the drama’s release has reportedly been postponed due to ongoing controversy surrounding co-star Kim Soo-hyun. While no official statement has been issued, industry insiders suggest the delay may be indefinite as discussions continue.
