
The Hollywood Reporter published an interview article titled “‘Love Next Door’ Star Jung Hae-in on How He ‘Gains Strength and Encouragement From Fans'”, reflecting on the recent success of tvN’s “Love Next Door”.
The Hollywood Reporter commented, “Jung Hae-in has had a slew of successful projects in the last decade he’s been active as an actor. His first leading role, the 2018 Korean romantic drama series ‘Something in the Rain’, brought the 36-year-old to a new level of fame.”
The article also explored his filmography, including the romantic drama “One Spring Night” and Netflix’s “D.P.”. It noted, “His latest project ‘Love Next Door’ ranked as the top cable program of the day for all of its 16-episode run.”

Jung Hae-in shared insights in the interview, explaining why he chose to star in “Love Next Door”. He said, “The biggest reason I decided to join was the strength of the script. I felt it was a heartwarming drama. The positive reactions made it even more enjoyable to participate.”
He also hinted at his aspirations for future roles, “I prefer works that provide healing or a sense of satisfaction, like romantic comedies or action. I’d also like to try a historical drama again since I haven’t done one since my rookie days.”
Jung Hae-in added, “Knowing that people find comfort and strength through my projects drives me to focus more on my work and acting. I believe there’s an exchange of energy between us. I gain strength and encouragement from fans, so I think we share a healthy and mutual relationship. My goal is to do my best in the situations and environments I’m given.”
Meanwhile, Jung Hae-in is connecting with fans across the globe through his fan meeting tour “OUR TIME”, visiting regions like Bangkok, Taipei, Seoul, Jakarta, Manila, Mexico City, São Paulo and Santiago.
