On June 11 at approximately 11:20 p.m. KST, a Chinese woman in her 30s, identified as Ms. A, was apprehended by police after attempting to forcibly enter BTS Jungkook’s residence in the Yongsan district of Seoul.

According to reports, the woman repeatedly tried to unlock the front door by pressing the digital password pad. Alerted by neighbors, police arrived on the scene and arrested her on the spot for attempted unlawful entry. She is currently under investigation for the full details of the incident.

BTS Jimin Jungkook military discharge

The disturbing intrusion came just hours after Jungkook and fellow BTS member Jimin were officially discharged from their mandatory military service. The two completed their duties as Army sergeants in the 5th Infantry Division of Yeoncheon, Gyeonggi Province, after enlisting together in December 2023.

The incident has sparked renewed concerns over idol privacy and safety, particularly for global stars like BTS members, who continue to face extreme fan behaviors even in their personal lives.

Neither Jungkook nor his agency has released a public statement regarding the situation yet.
