On the June 22nd episode of SBS’s ‘Unanswered Questions,’ Han Seung-yeon shared, “On a stressful day, we went to a nearby beach. We just played video games, set off lots of fireworks, and did these kinds of things. We also played baseball games and had a meal together for the first time,” adding tearfully, “That day was so wonderful. I wish I could have just one more day like that with Hara.”

KARA was the first K-pop girl group to perform at Tokyo Dome. This was on January 16, 2013. Recalling that day, Han Seung-yeon said, “It was an incredibly exciting day, and it is one of the top three most important moments in the lives of all KARA members. We were very worried, but the tickets sold out as soon as they went on sale, which made us really happy.”

She also revealed the nicknames they used for each other. Han Seung-yeon said, “Because she was so skinny, we called her ‘Bbaebbong,’ and because I’m small, I was called ‘Jjopbbong.’ We used these nicknames as a joke among ourselves,” reminiscing about her memories with Goo Hara.

KARA officially disbanded in 2016 after their exclusive contract expired, and afterward, Goo Hara continued her solo singing career in Japan. However, on November 24, 2019, she was found dead at her home in Seoul, shocking the music industry.

The broadcast that day covered the story of Goo Hara’s brother, Goo Ho-in, who, after Hara’s 49th-day memorial service on January 11, 2020, sorted through some of her belongings and vacated her Cheongdam-dong residence on the night of January 13. He discovered that his sister’s personal safe, which had been in the back of a closet on the second floor, was missing.

The thief did not touch any valuable items but only stole Goo Hara’s small safe. Inside the safe was a cell phone that Goo Hara had used.

The production team used AI (artificial intelligence) technology to enhance the video quality and create a composite sketch by adding color to the images captured by infrared cameras.

The suspect was identified as a man in his late 20s to early 30s, wearing glasses with concave lenses for nearsightedness and an earring on his left ear. He was described as having a slim face, a prominent nose, and standing around 178 cm tall with a sturdy build.
