Kim Bo-ram Remembers Late Kim Sae-ron: “We Were Supposed to Meet Today.. I Hope She’s Happy in Another Universe”
On February 20, We Are The Night’s Kim Bo-ram posted on his personal social media account, sharing a photo of himself with Kim Sae-ron and writing, “We were supposed to meet today, but you left yesterday. I really hope the multiverse exists. I hope that in another universe, you can smile beautifully and be happy.”
He continued, “Maybe my voice alone wouldn’t have changed anything, but I’m sorry I couldn’t be more of a support after that day when you finally broke down in tears.” He added that he would visit her often and wished her to rest well, conveying his deep regret and longing for his late friend.
Previously, Kim Bo-ram had openly criticized the harsh reactions and judgment Kim Sae-ron faced before and after her passing. He wrote, “They push you off a cliff, telling you to die. No matter how desperately you try to hold on, there’s always a limit. In the end, was it just a matter of time? Did I expect this outcome? Is that why I can’t even cry? You cruel people.” His words reflected his frustration over the societal pressure and negativity directed toward the actress.
Meanwhile, Kim Sae-ron was found deceased at her home in Seongdong-gu, Seoul, on February 16, at the age of 24. Police reported that there were no signs of external intrusion or foul play, and no suicide note
