Kim Go-eun Says “I Don’t Think I Can Get Married” After Trying On Wedding Dress For The First Time
Although Kim Go-eun wore a simplified wedding dress in the drama “Guardian: The Lonely and Great God”, she revealed that she wore a proper wedding dress for the first time in this movie. She said that the experience changed her perspective on marriage.
After trying on the wedding dress, Kim Go-eun confessed that she felt marriage might not be as easy as she thought. She specifically explained the challenges of wearing the dress, emphasizing that a wedding dress is completely different from the dresses she usually wears at awards ceremonies. She mentioned that the corset made it very difficult to wear.
Reflecting on the discomfort of the corset and the dress, Kim Go-eun said, “I don’t think I can get married.”
In “Love in the Big City”, Kim Go-eun plays Jae-hee, a free spirit, and shares on-screen chemistry with actor Noh Sang-hyun. She expressed that the wedding scene in the movie left a strong impression on her.
Kim Go-eun felt that the scene captured the essence of the entire film’s story, and she was especially touched by the dedication of her co-star Noh Sang-hyun (as Heung-soo) as he gave his best effort while dancing.
