Kim Jong-kook Fails to Recognize BoA’s Recent Look “Should’ve Used an Old Photo!”
In the January 21 pre-release clip of SBS’s “Whenever Possible”, Yoo Jae-suk, Yoo Yeon-seok, Kim Jong-kook and Cha Tae-hyun were seen participating in the “Guess Who” game where they had to quickly name celebrities based on their photos.
Kim Jong-kook hesitated when presented with a recent photo of BoA, gave the correct answer after hearing the “ddaeng” sound, but was disqualified due to time running out. Frustrated, he shouted, “You should’ve used an old photo of BoA, from her ‘No.1’ days. You should’ve given me old BoA, not this recent BoA!“
Cha Tae-hyun retorted “Would you like it if we used an old photo of you?”, to which Kim Jong-kook replied, “I’d prefer it! I haven’t seen BoA recently, so how am I supposed to know?”
Yoo Jae-suk then chimed in, teasing Cha Tae-hyun, “Did you get Kim Bum-soo right because you’ve seen him recently?” Cha Tae-hyun quipped back “Hey, Bum-soo looks like Jesus these days”, emphasizing the difference between the photo he identified and Kim Bum-soo’s current appearance.
