Kim Jong Kook Reveals Exclusive Wedding Guest List Some Familiar Faces Missing
Kim Jong Kook surprised fans by unveiling his wedding guest list, excluding longtime friends like Lee Kwang Soo and Ji Ye Eun.

Singer Kim Jong Kook has officially tied the knot, and fans are buzzing over the guest list he personally revealed ahead of his big day.
On September 11, Kim Jong Kook uploaded a video titled “The Day the Tiger Gets Married…(Feat. Running Man, Dragon Club, Jonathan, Kang Hoon, Joo Woo Jae, Seo Jang Hoon, Shorry, and more)” on his YouTube channel Gym Jong Kook. The video captured him informing close friends and colleagues about his upcoming marriage, just two weeks before the ceremony.
During the filming of SBS’s Running Man, Kim Jong Kook gathered castmates Yoo Jae Suk, Ji Suk Jin, Song Ji Hyo, Haha, and Yang Se Chan—along with producer Choi Hyung In—to announce the news.

However, fans noticed that current cast member Ji Ye Eun and semi-regular Choi Daniel were not included on the guest list. Even longtime Running Man alumni Lee Kwang Soo and Jeon So Min did not make the cut.
A source clarified to MyDaily: “Lee Kwang Soo was in Vietnam at the time for promotions of his film Love Barista. The promotional schedule had already been set before he learned of the wedding.”
From SBS’s My Little Old Boy, Seo Jang Hoon received a personal phone call, while KBS2’s Problem Child in House member Joo Woo Jae was informed via video call. Former Running Man interim member Kang Hoon and Tiger FC friends Jonathan and Shorry also received invitations.

Kim Jong Kook’s inner circle, famously known as the Dragon Club, including Jang Hyuk, Cha Tae Hyun, and Hong Kyung Min, also learned of the wedding through video calls. His fitness companions, manager, stylist, and even lawyer Park Min Chul were among those invited.
In a previous episode of Problem Child in House, Kim Jong Kook had hinted at keeping the wedding small, saying: “I’m organizing the guest list carefully. It’s going to be a very small wedding.” True to his word, only a handful of colleagues were invited despite his long-standing industry connections.
