Kim Jong-kook Smiles at Ji Ye-eun’s Epic Mukbang: “She’s Seriously Adorable”
On the June 8 episode of SBS’s variety show Running Man, a chaotic mission turned heartwarming when Kim Jong-kook was visibly charmed by guest Ji Ye-eun’s enthusiastic eating.
The cast members, carrying a single drawing as part of their mission, ventured across various locations in Seoul. During a break, they entered a restaurant specializing in mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) to grab a meal.
Ji Ye-eun, excited by the sight of the mulhoe, exclaimed, “My hands are shaking,” before diving into an impressive mukbang performance. She didn’t stop there, she followed up with a massive gimbap, stunning the cast with her hearty appetite.
Watching her eat, Kim Jong-kook couldn’t hide his amusement, remarking, “Ji Ye-eun is like a magician. When it comes to eating, she turns into one.”
Yoo Jae-suk chimed in, teasing, “Jong-kook really finds her cute.” To which Kim Jong-kook, smiling, replied, “She’s seriously adorable.”
