On April 10, YouTuber Lee Jin-ho released a video on his channel, revealing that Kim Sae-ron had once sent a coffee truck to the music video set of her ex-boyfriend, referred to as “A.”

According to Lee Jin-ho, Kim Sae-ron and A dated from early 2021 until May 2022, and she even spent the night at A’s home—where he lived with his mother. He claimed, “None of the stories about her relationship with Kim Soo-hyun check out. In fact, A appears to be closely connected to the late actress’s DUI incident.”

The intrigue deepens. In June 2021, Kim Soo-hyun’s agency, Gold Medalist, sent a coffee truck to support Kim Sae-ron on the set of “The Great Shaman Ga Doo-shim.” Multiple trucks followed, all coordinated through the same company, with hashtags like #GoldMedalist attached. Gold Medalist reportedly used the same service to send coffee trucks to other artists, including actor Choi Hyun-wook.

However, the alleged coffee truck Kim Sae-ron sent to A is not featured on Company B’s official channel. It is believed the photo was either kept by the recipient or the owner of the business.

Meanwhile, Kim Sae-ron’s family filed a defamation complaint against Lee Jin-ho under the Information and Communications Network Act on March 17. Ten days later, on March 27, they also filed a second complaint accusing him of violating the Anti-Stalking Act for his continuous disclosure of her private life.
