Kim Soo-hyun Lets Loose in Variety Show, G-Dragon Responds to Kwang-hee’s Devotion
On the March 2 episode of MBC’s “Good Day”, “88-liner” stars G-Dragon, Kim Soo-hyun, Jung Hae-in, Lee Soo-hyuk, Im Si-wan, and Hwang Kwang-hee gathered for a training trip. Here, after a first-impression vote, the group enjoyed a grilled pork belly party. Tasked with making the toast, Hwang Kwang-hee initially felt pressured but soon confidently shouted, “88 Nation, let’s be a huge success!” to wish “Good Day” well.
While G-Dragon and Im Si-wan cooked ramen, Kim Soo-hyun impressed everyone with his impeccable noodle-slurping skills. G-Dragon, following Kim Soo-hyun’s recipe, tried perilla leaf ramen and expressed his satisfaction.
Meanwhile, before even tasting G-Dragon’s ramen, Hwang Kwang-hee was already praising it. Amused, Lee Soo-hyuk teased, “You’re calling it delicious before even putting it in your mouth? That’s too much. You’re such a variety show entertainer.”

Hwang Kwang-hee, who had chosen G-Dragon from the start, was furious when G-Dragon picked Kim Soo-hyun instead. He exclaimed, “I’ve stayed loyal and only called out your name this whole time, but you chose Kim Soo-hyun? Find me another person who’s this devoted to you!” His outburst had everyone in stitches.
Finally, the results were revealed. G-Dragon received votes from Kim Soo-hyun, Lee Soo-hyuk, and Hwang Kwang-hee, crowning him as the most popular. Meanwhile, Im Si-wan chose Jung Hae-in, and Jung Hae-in chose Kim Soo-hyun, leading to a mix of unexpected outcomes.
As for G-Dragon’s final choice? He picked Hwang Kwang-hee, responding to his unwavering devotion. G-Dragon reassured him, saying, “Kwang-hee, as long as you’re happy, that’s all that matters. Thank you. Let’s become close friends.” He even sent Kwang-hee a heartfelt video message filled with affection.
