Appearing on the June 7 episode of Psick Univ‘s YouTube show titled Kim Tae-ri and Hong Kyung Wait for Naengmyeon That Never Comes”, actress Kim Tae-ri shared a charming anecdote from her teenage years. Joined by actor Hong Kyung and comedian Moon Sang-hoon, the trio engaged in a candid and humorous chat.

When Moon jokingly mentioned sleeping for 14 hours after food poisoning, Kim responded with, “That’s nothing! Fourteen hours is basic.” She then recounted how, as a middle schooler, she had always been among the shortest in class, “always number one in the front row.”

“One winter, I stayed home and did nothing but sleep,” Kim said. “I didn’t go outside even once. After that break, I had grown 10 centimeters.”

Kim added that she hardly ate during that time, simply resting as much as possible. “Even now, when my back hurts or I can’t sleep, I just lie down. I can stay still forever.”

While her story may sound like a dream to many students, Kim Tae-ri’s tale adds another layer of relatability to the actress known for her down-to-earth charm and versatility.
