On the May 12 episode of MBN’s “One More Check Time”, Kim Yong-rim, who remains active at the age of 85, appeared as a guest.
Kim, who played the role of Ae-soon (IU)’s grandmother-in-law and Gwan-sik (Park Bo Gum)’s grandmother in Netflix’s series “When Life Gives You Tangerines“, said, “I feel happiness in my life from hearing so many viewers say they enjoyed the drama so much, and from receiving compliments and words of thanks.”

When Jo Jung-min commented “I cried a lot while watching it with my mom”, Kim responded, “Even while filming that project, I felt so sad and heartbroken. I cried so much my eyes were swollen every morning. I think everyone probably felt the same way.”
