The claims by Garo Sero Institute, which included private text exchanges allegedly hinting at earlier romantic involvement, have been downplayed by Lee, who stated that the couple’s official relationship began post-military service, and earlier flirtatious messages were not indicative of a committed relationship.
According to Lee, Kim Sae-ron was known for her open and sociable personality, and had dated multiple people during high school and up to her third year of college.
