On June 10, a video titled ‘Lee Min-jung’s Disastrously Unplanned Japan Trip: Teto Girl’s Travel Style’ was uploaded to her YouTube channel. The video captured Lee Min-jung embarking on an unplanned trip to Tokyo.
Before starting, Lee Min-jung declared to the crew, “I’ll go wherever my feet take me. I’m going to move fast, so keep up if you can.” The production team responded, “We have absolutely nothing arranged today. We’ll just follow you, Min-jung. It would be great if you could handle filming permissions yourself.” Lee Min-jung agreed and used a translation app to learn how to say “Can we film?” in Japanese.
Her first plan failed when the observation deck was closed for a private event, so she relaxed at a nearby café. After taking photos at a Tokyo Tower spot, she headed to a shopping center.
At her first stop, a sock store, Lee Min-jung secured filming permission and enjoyed shopping. She excitedly picked out socks and then moved to another clothing store, where she found an adorable dress for her daughter, Seo-i. Unfortunately, this store denied filming permission. Lee Min-jung shopped alone, and the conversation with the staff was shared via audio and subtitles. The staff complimented her, saying, “You’re so beautiful. Are you a model?” to which she shyly replied, “I’m an actress,” drawing attention.
Later, while shopping for hats at another store, she was again denied filming permission and shopped without the camera. After paying, she stepped out to show off her chosen hat, radiating charm and captivating viewers.
Meanwhile, Lee Min-jung married actor Lee Byung-hun in 2013, and they have one son and one daughter.
