Meanwhile, according to news site MyDaily on January 20, Mijoo and Song Bum-keun recently ended their relationship. A source close to the couple stated, “Mijoo and Song Bum-keun have broken up. They shared a beautiful love, but the pressures of a public relationship were inevitable. Despite the breakup, they’ve decided to remain supportive of each other.”

The three-year age difference couple first revealed their relationship in April last year, with their romance becoming public through Lovestagram. Fans pieced together their relationship when the two shared similar photos from what appeared to be the same travel locations.

Mijoo even traveled to Yokohama, Japan to visit Song Bum-keun while he was playing in the J-League, openly displaying her affection for him.

Despite their efforts to maintain a long-distance relationship, the couple ultimately decided to part ways, and “couple photos” previously revealed by the couple have since vanished.

The news is particularly bitter as Song Bum-keun recently left Japan’s Shonan Bellmare in the J-League to join Jeonbuk Hyundai in Korea’s K-League. Many had hoped his return to Korea might strengthen their bond, but instead, the breakup news arrived first.
