Minnie Clears Up Thai Heiress Rumors: “No Royal Blood, Resort Operation Is True”
On May 21, a new episode of “Romantic Foreign Workers” was uploaded to YouTube channel “Studio 777K”.
As a guest, Minnie appeared alongside hosts Christian and Jonathan, who brought up various rumors surrounding her. Regarding claims that she’s rich, Minnie responded, “I think this has come up too many times. I’m not rich. It’s hard for me to just say ‘Yes, I’m rich’, especially when there are so many people out there who are really wealthy. Who am I to say I’m rich?”
Addressing rumors that her aunt is of royal descent, Minnie caused laughter by saying, “This one comes up so much, I actually asked my mom, ‘Are we really from royal blood?’ I was getting confused myself.”
When asked whether her father is the vice president of Thailand’s first bank, she explained, “It’s true that he worked at a bank. But the concept of a ‘vice president’ in Korea and in Thailand might be different.”
As for whether her grandparents ran a resort in Thailand, Minnie confirmed, “Now my mom runs it. It used to be run by my maternal grandmother and grandfather, but they recently passed it down to her.”
Finally, when Jonathan asked if there was anything she wishes people would just stop asking about, Minnie joked, “If people keep asking, even I start to get confused. Am I really rich?” To that, Jonathan wrapped up the topic by saying, “Okay, from now on, no more questions about that.”
