Moon Ga-bi previously dated model and rapper Park Sung-jin (also known as Jimmy Paige). The couple gained popularity for their stylish posts on Instagram, amassing a significant fanbase, but they broke up in 2017 after three years of dating. Later, Moon Gabi was rumored to be in a relationship with French model and DJ Willy Monfret.
In November 2024, it was reported that Jung Woo-sung has a son with model Moon Ga-bi. However, the actor allegedly refused to marry the 16-years-younger model, despite claiming that he will still take responsibility as a father.
