More Messages from Kim Soo-hyun to 17-Year-Old Kim Sae-ron Revealed: “Take Off All Clothes”
On March 28, Gaseyeon aired a live broadcast titled “[Shocking Exclusive] Take Off All Your Clothes – Dragon Ball (High School Sophomore Kim Sae Ron).”
During the broadcast, Kim Se-ui, the head of Garo Sero Institute, revealed more messages exchanged between Kim Soo-hyun and Kim Sae-ron in 2018. He stated, “The reason we are fighting this battle is to restore Kim Sae-ron’s honor. We are releasing these messages after consulting with her family, ensuring that only less sensitive content is made public. The family has found numerous mobile phones and laptops that Kim Sae-ron kept. There is a lot of evidence.”
The newly revealed messages date back to April 2018, when Kim Sae-ron was 17. At the time, Kim Soo-hyun was on leave from military service and sent her multiple messages.
On April 2:
Kim Soo-hyun: “Everyone seems so full of energy. I miss Sae-ron so much. I want to see you right now.”
Kim Sae-ron: “The drama got canceled, so I’m the only one reading the script.”

Kim Sae-ron: “I’m going to the hospital. If I go home and do something, it’ll probably be 9 PM.”
Kim Soo-hyun: “Then don’t go home, come to me!”
On April 13:
Kim Soo-hyun: “I feel like I’ll be partying again tonight.”

On April 16:
Kim Soo-hyun: “Sae-ron, my leave passed by so quickly because I was feeling restless and anxious the whole time. I’m sorry. Thank you, Sae-ron. I’m now on the return bus. Please answer when I call you later.”
Kim Sae-ron: “Take care, stay strong, and don’t overwork yourself. Have a safe trip back. Let’s hang in there a little longer.”
Kim Soo-hyun: “Take care.”
Earlier, Kim Sae-ron’s family claimed that she had been in a relationship with Kim Soo-hyun for six years, starting when she was 15, and demanded an apology from the actor, who had denied the claims. Kim Soo-hyun’s side stated that their relationship only lasted from the summer of 2019, after she became an adult, until the fall of 2020.
On March 27, Kim Sae-ron’s family’s legal representative, Boo Ji-seok, held a press conference and presented handwritten letters and other materials as evidence that she had dated Kim Soo-hyun while still a minor, further fueling the controversy.
