Nam Joo-hyuk To Make A Comeback With Fantasy Drama “Donggung” Right After Military Discharge

According to a report by SPOTV News on June 25th, Nam Joo-hyuk will appear in an upcoming drama called “Donggung”.
“Donggung” tells the story of all kinds of ghosts appearing in the deep and secret palace surrounding a ghost hunter and a court lady who secretly infiltrate the palace to solve the situation.
This drama will be directed by PD Choi Jung-kyu, who has already gained recognition for his sensuous directing skills through previous projects such as “Hwajung”, “Flower in Prison”, “Children of Nobody”, “The Devil Judge”, “Soundtrack #2”, etc.

Nam Joo-hyuk plays Goo Cheon, a ghost hunter who is a little arrogant. Goo Cheon has a special ability to turn into a ghost himself and kill other ghosts with his sword.
Nam Joo-hyuk, who is about to be discharged from the military, is raising fans’ anticipation for his new transformation with the dark fantasy action drama “Donggung”.
Nam Joo-hyuk enlisted in March of last year and is currently fulfilling his military service as a member of the military police task force. The actor is scheduled to be discharged this September. Immediately after his discharge, Nam Joo-hyuk will make his acting comeback with “Donggung”, raising expectations from fans in Korea and overseas.
