NewJeans Appeared On “2 Days & 1 Night” Without Hyein, “Favorite Scene Is Kim Jong-min’s Meme”
KBS2’s “2 Days & 1 Night Season 4” broadcast on June 9th showed a special battle between the six cast members and NewJeans in Cheorwon, Gangwon-do.
When NewJeans suddenly appeared on the filming set, DinDin, who was wearing idol makeup, immediately got embarrassed. He complained, “Please remove my makeup. Isn’t it crazy?”.
NewJeans showed up carrying a figure for member Hyein, who couldn’t participate in the broadcast as she was resting due to a foot injury. When DinDin explained Hyein’s absence to the cast, Danielle exclaimed, “How did you know it?”.
Regarding the behind story of NewJeans’s appearance on “2 Days & 1 Night”, Minji said, “This is the first time we joined a terrestrial entertainment show. I got nervous and wondered if we could do well. Still, I believe that we can enjoy the shoot because there are many people here to help us”.
Kim Jong-min then asked NewJeans members, “When was the first time you watched ‘2 Days & 1 Night’?”. Minji replied, “I got to know about the program thanks to the ‘possible’ meme”, mentioning Kim Jong-min’s legendary scene.
Hyerin added, “I really like ‘possible’”. Kim Jong-min then shouted, “Possible!”, drawing laughter as he reenacted his famous scene.
