NMIXX Sullyoon Criticized For Interacting With Male Idols But Ignoring Fans At 2024 ISAC
2024 Idol Star Athletics Championship recently took place with the participation of many young idols. Fans who came to the event to support their idols in sports competitions poured reviews after the recording.
The post by a famous fan of NMIXX’s Sullyoon on X (formerly Twitter) drew attention as they wrote a complaint expressing great disappointment in their idol. In particular, this fan pointed out that Sullyoon and NMIXX members spent most of their time with male idols and didn’t interact with fans, saying “NMIXX members, I hope you think again about whether you guys did your best today”.
Not only did they face complaints from their own fans, but NMIXX members were also criticized by boy group fans. Fans of Xdinary Heroes, the boy group that NMIXX interacted with, accused Sullyoon and Lily of flirting with their idols.
In particular, there were also videos showing Sullyoon and Lily chatting with Xdinary Heroes members. Later, a member of the boy group even shared on the fan community platform Bubble a photo of the juice they received juice from Sullyoon, causing fans to be angrier.
Amid the criticism, a lot of fans posted reviews that NMIXX members did not come to the area where their fans sat to greet them, who spent the whole day at the venue to support their idols.
