Recently, NMIXX’s Sullyoon received a negative comment about her weight via the fan communication platform Bubble.
In particular, the message said, “Hehe it seems like your movements have slowed down a little since you have gained some weight lately, so it probably won’t work”.
The comment, while hurtful, was quickly dismissed by the cool Sullyoon, who reflected the question back to the sender by saying, “Is it me or you?”.
The female idol also dissed the send in her next message, writing. “Also, I won’t get hurt by the words of people who don’t even have basic manners”, before reassuring fans by saying, “Don’t worry too much” and “I’m always grateful”.
Sullyoon’s sharp response has since gained significant attention on SNS, with people praising the female idol for defending herself and simultaneously comforting her fans.
“Sullyoon is actually so iconic for this”, “I love how unapologetic she is”, “Why does anyone feel the need to comment on another’s body?”, comments such as these have been flooding the net, with most showing support for Sullyoon not staying silent.
