Another rumor regarding BLACKPINK’s contract renewal issue arose due to a post by YG Entertainment
Advertisements of brands and pictorials modeled by BLACKPINK members Jisoo, Jennie, and Rosé were all posted on an official account of YG, except for publications featuring Lisa. This has once again led to the speculation that YG might have failed to renew their contract with Lisa.
In response, YG told Xposts News on November 9th, “The contract renewal is still under discussion”.
This situation has been repeated several times ever since the beginning of the re-contracting period. Unlike Lisa, whose advertisements and pictorials were not uploaded on YG’s official account, Rosé just opened pre-sale for 2024 Season’s Greetings on the 3rd, giving hope that she has already renewed her contract.
