The team in charge of KiiiKiii definitely has great aesthetics, but it feels a bit too hyper-realistically Gen Z. Rather than an idol, it gives off the vibe of a pretty Twitter fangirl. I think adding a bit of mystery wouldn’t hurt… Even the Ham-bugi (a popular Korean internet term often associated with cute, round, or chubby aesthetics) video they posted on TikTok felt a bit… off.

That initial hippie-concept MV? Now that was nice.

- It’s literally the typical Twitter aesthetic. At first, they said it was hippie or mori-girl, but today’s post has no clear vibe at all. Feels like they’re just grabbing whatever’s trendy from everywhere and pretending it’s hip – comes off as try-hard.
- Yeah, today’s one was honestly surprising… Feels like they’re forcing people to believe it’s “Kam-dasal” (a specific aesthetic) instead of it naturally fitting the concept.
- Feels like they’re trying too hard to appear Gen Z and hip…
- I think it would be better to stick with the concept they initially revealed… The vibe feels different from what I expected – more like a trendy Twitter aesthetic? It’s a bit confusing.
- One thing for sure, KiiiKiii leaves the strongest impact.
