Just a year ago, similar units were going for 1.95 to 2.05 billion KRW (approx. 1.3 million USD to 1.4 million USD), making this a significant gain.

Nestled within Seoul’s historical core, Kyunghee Palace Xi is highly sought after for its strategic location. It sits near Gwanghwamun, City Hall, and offers seamless access to transportation via Seodaemun Station (Line 5) and Dongnimmun Station (Line 3) — connecting residents to Yeouido, Mapo, and even Gangnam with ease.

Park Bo-gum reportedly moved from Mok-dong to this apartment in 2019, prioritizing proximity to his filming and work locations. And it seems that choice is paying off — not just in convenience, but in financial returns too.
