Actor Park Bo-gum once again lived up to his reputation as one of Korea’s most courteous stars during a recent episode of “Pinggyego,” Yoo Jae-suk’s YouTube variety series.
The moment occurred as he and co-stars Kim So-hyun and Lee Sang-yi appeared on the May 10 episode to promote their upcoming JTBC drama, “Good Boy.”

While Kim So-hyun was engaging in friendly banter with hosts Yoo Jae-suk and Ji Suk-jin, Park Bo-gum noticed that her microphone, clipped to the edge of her cardigan, was pulling the fabric down, unintentionally revealing her collarbone.
Demonstrating remarkable awareness, Park Bo-gum briefly interrupted the conversation and calmly suggested moving the mic.“Let’s clip it here instead,” he said, before gently repositioning the microphone to a more secure and modest spot on her collar.
His actions were quick, subtle, and deeply respectful earning admiration from everyone present. Lee Sang-yi remarked, “He’s incredibly warm and thoughtful.”
Kim So-hyun, touched by the gesture but characteristically humble, admitted, “Both of the oppas are really attentive, but I have more of a T-personality. I usually say, ‘It’s fine, don’t worry about it.’ I’m more independent and not used to being looked after.”

Yoo Jae-suk also empathized with her feelings, recalling, “I’m the same. I once had a new manager who opened the car door for me it made me so uncomfortable.”
The moment may have been fleeting, but it highlighted the consistent image Park Bo-gum has built over the years a man of quiet integrity and instinctive kindness. His respectful demeanor, particularly in mixed-gender settings, is often cited by fans and colleagues alike as a reflection of his character both on and off screen.
As “Good Boy” prepares to premiere later this month, moments like these only deepen public admiration for Park Bo-gum not just as an actor, but as a person.
