According to a Herald POP report on January 9, Park Gyu-young has canceled her planned schedule for departure from Incheon International Airport on January 10. While there was a scheduled media event for her airport fashion that day, it has been called off. Her departure will proceed as planned.

Her agency, Saram Entertainment, clarified that the cancellation was due to scheduling conflicts and not related to recent issues surrounding her projects.

Park Gyu-young recently gained attention for her role as Kang No-eul in the Netflix series “Squid Game 2.” However, on January 8, she sparked controversy by uploading a spoiler-like image for “Squid Game 3” on her personal social media.

Although she quickly deleted the post, the image featured a scene not seen in “Squid Game 2,” leading to speculation that it was a spoiler for “Squid Game 3.”

Regarding this, her agency stated, “As the content was posted on the actress’s personal SNS, we cannot provide clarification. We ask for your understanding and encourage you to confirm it in ‘Squid Game 3.'”

Meanwhile, “Squid Game 2” is currently streaming on Netflix, and “Squid Game 3” is slated for release later this year. According to the director, the release date for “Squid Game 3” may come “sooner than you expected”.
