In the video, Park Ji-hyun admitted that she had struggled with weight gain in the past, saying, “I’ve gone through a lot of dieting. My weight used to be quite high. Honestly, I’ve been on a lifelong diet. I once weighed around 78 to 80kg.”

She continued, “Back then, I used to eat a lot. Actually, even now, if I wanted to, I could eat a lot. I prefer black bean ramen over regular ramen, and I used to eat six packs of it. Even now, I can still eat about three.”

Park Ji-hyun also shared her approach to dieting, emphasizing the importance of exercise. She said, “I gain weight easily, so having a solid weight loss strategy is key. You need to find a workout you genuinely enjoy. For me, it’s ballet. I practice it consistently, sometimes up to five times a week.”

As for diet management, she revealed, “You have to control your diet by cutting out sodium and carbohydrates. A protein-based diet is essential. I don’t eat rice at all. I don’t like rice, bread, or noodles, but I love fruit. I do eat snacks like chips and chocolate, though.”
