Regarding the news that Park Ji-won will resign from his CEO position at HYBE, an official from HYBE said on July 24th, “Nothing has yet to be decided”.
Earlier on the same day, Money Today reported that CEO Park Ji-won, who joined HYBE after leaving Nexon four years ago, is resigning from his CEO position at HYBE. The media outlet explained that CEO Park recently shared his future plans after completing a project to attract external investment for one of HYBE’s sub-labels.
CEO Park Ji-won began working as a CEO at Nexon Korea in 2014. He became Nexon’s global COO in 2018 and later joined HYBE in May 2020.
