Park Shin-hye Seen Cuddled Up with Husband Choi Tae-joon, Constant Public Affection
Recently, a netizen published several candid photos of Park Shin-hye while on a date with her husband, Choi Tae-joon. The two can be seen at a Japanese restaurant together, and in one photo, Park Shin-hye can be seen sweetly cuddled up with her husband, while the other photo shows her taking a selfie. The couple reportedly traveled to Hawaii together to celebrate their anniversary.
In fact, Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon have never shied from public affection ever since their marriage in 2022. Previously, they drew attention with a special gesture at the 2024 SBS Drama Awards, which took place on December 21st at SBS Prism Tower in Sangam-dong, Mapo-gu, Seoul.
Shin Dong-yeop, Kim Hye-yoon and Kim Ji-yeon were the MCs for this year’s award ceremony. At the event, with her excellent acting performance in “The Judge from Hell”, actress Park Shin-hye won Director’s Award, an award given to the best actor chosen by drama directors.
Appearing on the stage, Park Shin-hye calmly delivered her acceptance speech while holding the trophy in her hands. First of all, the actress thanked screenwriter Jo In-soo for creating her character Kang Bit-na. Mentioning director Park Jin-hyo, she continued, “Thank you for taking great care of me and always praising me so that I wouldn’t feel exhausted while acting. He made sure that I could act in good conditions on the set”.
Receiving Best Couple on the same day, Park Shin-hye did not forget to express deep gratitude to Kim Jae-young, her costar in “The Judge from Hell”. The actress said, “Though he said he was really happy to become Park Shin-hye’s man in this drama, I think I was able to shine thanks to his support. Thank you actor Kim Jae-young for becoming my man in the drama”.
Park Shin-hye, who received Best Young Actress at the SBS Drama Awards 21 years ago when she was a kid, confessed, “I believe that it was thanks to the love of so many viewers and drama fans that I am able to receive such a big award here after 21 years. I always think about my changes and about how long I can do this job. Once again, I want to thank everyone for accepting and embracing my changes so warmly.”
After expressing her gratitude to her CEO and staff, the actress mentioned her husband Choi Tae-joon and her family. The actress expressed her affection, saying “It’s not easy to meet people who match me well in life. Among them, there’s Choi Tae-joon. I want to take this opportunity to thank him for always supporting me, a person who has lower self-esteem than I thought. I also want to thank my beloved family.”
Meanwhile, Park Shin-hye and Choi Tae-joon, who is one year younger than her, got married in 2022 after 4 years of dating. The two have one son.
