‘Queen of Tears’ Ep 13 Spoilers: Hae-in Can Be Saved With A Surgery But The Side Effects Is Memory Loss

In the 13th episode of tvN’s Saturday-Sunday drama “Queen of Tears,” which aired on April 20th, Hong Hae-in (Kim Ji-won) was told that she could undergo surgery.

In this episode, Baek Hyun-woo received a phone call from medical staff in Germany and reported to his family that Hae-in could undergo surgery. However, Baek hid the fact that it could cause side effects of long-term memory loss.

As Hong Hae-in found out about the side effect, she found a place to cry alone. Hae-in refused to do the surgery because she was afraid of forgetting Hyun-woo. Hyun-woo then filmed a narrative video for her to see later, introducing himself as her husband, and said he would always love her.
