On March 19th, Kim Ji-won, the lead actress of tvN’s drama “Queen of Tears”, appeared as a guest on the YouTube content “Salon Drip 2”. Kim Ji-won played the role of Hong Hae-in, the CEO of Queens Department Store, portraying a haughty and aloof character.
Regarding this, Kim Ji-won said, “I didn’t eat Chinese food for about a year. The role I took on in this project required me to show various outfits and aspects externally, so I diligently managed myself for about a year.” She also mentioned that she could not eat ramen even after filming ended due to promotional schedules. Kim Ji-won smilingly added, “I still have to use my face.”
Park Min-young recently surprised everyone by revealing that she lost weight dramatically to 37kg for her role as a cancer patient in tvN’s drama “Marry My Husband”. She explained, “I attempted weight loss not just for the sake of being thin but to express Kang Ji-won’s dead-end pain. During filming, I endured by drinking sports drinks.”

Lee Joon-gi revealed on tvN’s entertainment show “You Quiz on the Block” last year that he had been cutting carbohydrates for seven years. He said, “It’s my know-how developed from doing a lot of action scenes. It was tough for 1~2 years, but when I tried cutting them, my body felt lighter and better.”
