Roh Jeong-eui’s Tarot Predicted Drama Success, But “Crushology 101” Ratings Say Otherwise

Actress Roh Jeong-eui may have received glowing tarot predictions about her rising romantic lead status, but the reality for her latest drama, Crushology 101, tells a different story.
Roh Jeong-eui’s Tarot Results
In the April 16 episode of comedian Lee Yong-jin’s popular YouTube series Yong Tarot, Roh joined as a guest for a lighthearted yet introspective reading focused on her career and current projects. The episode, titled “What’s the tarot verdict on the irresistibly charming Roh Jeong-eui?”, featured the actress asking about her role as “Bunny” in MBC’s new Friday-Saturday romantic comedy.
As a fan of tarot, Roh said she values honest readings over comforting ones, though her mother worries she relies on them too much.

When being asked about her role in “Crushology 101,” Lee’s tarot cards promised success, saying the role could be a stepping stone for future leading parts. “You’ve already got the big luck wave. And as far as your decisions, it’d be best if you were to follow your gut” he said, encouraging Roh to continue making thoughtful project choices. Roh agreed, “That’s correct!” She also shared her dream of acting well into her 80s.
About Crushology 101’s Ratings
Despite these promising predictions, Crushology 101 has had a lackluster debut. The drama premiered on April 11 with a modest 1.3% nationwide viewership (Nielsen Korea) and fell further to 0.9% by the second episode, an underwhelming start for a series riding on strong star power and high expectations.
In the interview, Roh also opened up about her love of tarot, joking that her mother worries she might rely too much on the cards. She expressed a preference for honest readings, even when they signal caution rather than praise. The actress also spoke about her close friendship with ITZY’s Ryujin and actress Lee Sun-bin, calling them “people I make sure to take care of.”

Asked whether she sees marriage in the near future, the tarot said no. “For the time being, you’ve probably amassed a lot of career accomplishments,” Lee advised. “So you have a long way to go with a bright future.”
With her popularity steadily growing and more opportunities likely ahead, Roh’s tarot path may still hold true, even if Crushology 101 has stumbled out of the gate.
