SEVENTEEN & ILLIT Topped Hanteo’s Popularity Chart By Country In 3rd Week Of May

On the morning of May 24th, Hanteo Chart announced TOP 30 in US, Japan and China in the third week of May. Counted from May 13th to May 19th, the chart showed SEVENTEEN at No.1 on the US chart, while ILLIT topped the charts in China and Japan.

Following last week, ILLIT continues to prove their power on this week’s charts. Not only topping two categories, ILLIT also proves their unrivaled global influence by charting for 8 consecutive weeks in the Japan rankings.

SEVETEEN’s “17 IS RIGHT HERE” album placed No.1 in the US category with 7563.26 points, followed by ILLIT’s “SUPER REAL ME” with 7161.49 points in No.2 and Enhypen’s “DARK MOON SPECIAL ALBUM: MEMORABILIA” with 4576.76 points in No.3

In the Japan category, the top spot was dominated by ILLIT’s “SUPER REAL ME” with 11052.35 points, rising 1 spot from last week’s rank. Enhypen placed No.2 with 6107.83 points for “DARK MOON SPECIAL ALBUM: MEMORABILIA” and No.3 went to Zerobaseone with 5210.95 points for “You had me at HELLO”.

The song chart in China showed ILLIT’s “Magnetic” topping the list for the third consecutive time with 13296.13 points, surpassing Zico’s “SPOT!” (feat. JENNIE) in 2nd place with 12890.28 points and BABYMONSTER’s “SHEESH” in third place with 12334.60 points.

In addition, the “Lovely Runner” OST “Spring Snow” by 10CM successfully rose to No.8 on the OST chart in China. (G)I-DLE Minnie’s “Like A Dream” and Eclipse’s “Sudden Shower” sung by actor Byun Woo-seok continued to appear on the OST rankings this week, certifying K-drama’s global popularity.
