In the behind-the-scenes video released on Feb 13th, the contestants reflected on their experiences and shared their honest reactions.
The moment when Yuk Jun-seo and Lee Si-an were seen sharing a bed shocked not only the other contestants but also the MCs and production team. Seeing the two wake up under the same blanket, the cast members reacted in disbelief, asking, “Did you forget there were cameras?” When questioned about what happened, Yuk Jun-seo clarified, “Nothing happened in the way people might think.” He explained that they were simply talking and eventually fell asleep.
Even the MCs of “Single’s Inferno 4” were taken aback by the scene.
PD Park Soo-ji admitted, “We were quite surprised on set as well. The reaction from the MCs was exactly the same as ours.” She emphasized that the production team had not anticipated this situation.
PD Kim Jae-won added, “There was nothing particularly problematic. It was just surprising because this was the first time in this season that two people were seen sharing a blanket.” He further explained, “If you remove the fact that cameras were present, it’s something that could naturally happen between a young man and woman in their 20s who share mutual interest.”
Additionally, PD Park clarified, “It wasn’t shock at the situation itself but rather at how quickly their relationship progressed.” PD Kim echoed this sentiment, stating, “There are many different types of relationships—some develop quickly, while others take their time.”
