Somyi, former member of the girl group DIA, has publicly refuted malicious rumors suggesting she was involved in adult entertainment and idol sponsorship. Her agency, Moden Berry Korea, released an official statement on May 7, firmly denying all allegations and announcing plans for legal action.

“The claims regarding Somyi being a ‘Tenpro madam’ and financially supporting a male idol are completely false. These are clear cases of defamation and infringement of personal rights,” the agency stated. They also revealed that they are preparing to file a criminal complaint through legal counsel.

The rumors surfaced on the online community DC Inside, where an anonymous post alleged that Somyi had worked at a luxury adult establishment known as “Tenpro” and had financially sponsored TWS member Dohoon. In response, the agency said, “These accusations are baseless fabrications. Although the original post was deleted, we have received multiple pieces of evidence from netizens.”

Moden Berry Korea emphasized that Somyi “has never worked at Tenpro and has no acquaintance whatsoever with Dohoon.” They further declared, “There will be no leniency. We will pursue this case to the fullest extent of the law.”
