Song Kang makes a special appearance in ‘Escape’ “Unique chemistry with Koo Kyo-hwan”

Distributor Plus M Entertainment revealed special appearance still cuts from the movie “Escape” (directed by Lee Jong-pil) on June 18th, adding more excitement to the film. The photos feature familiar faces like Song Kang, Esom, Lee Ho-jung and Shin Hyun-ji, making the film even more anticipated.

Song Kang takes on the role of Sun Woo-min, a character that intrigues people about the hidden past of Hyeon-sang (played by Koo Kyo-hwan), thereby increasing the audience’s immersion level.

Director Lee Jong-pil explained that Sun Woo-min was necessary to showcase Hyeon-sang’s past and inner conflicts. Koo Kyo-hwan, who acts alongside Song Kang, praised him, “Song Kang’s face carries a lot of narratives and stories, making him the perfect casting for a character that needs to reveal the relationship with Hyeon-sang.“

Song Kang, who has showcased a variety of genres in dramas like “My Demon”, “Nevertheless” and Netflix’s “Sweet Home”, will create a unique chemistry with Koo Kyo-hwan in this film, offering another layer of enjoyment for the audience.
