On June 26th, IZE exclusively reported that Song Il-gook will appear on “You Quiz on the Block” (“You Quiz”) with his triplet sons.
On the same day, the official Instagram account of “You Quiz” posted a video with the caption, saying “They bring healing to ‘The Return of Superman’ original cast Song Daddy Song Il-gook and all the aunts and uncles who are tired of life! The triplets Dae-han, Min-guk, and Man-se, known as the Nation’s online nephews, came to ‘You Quiz’! Are you curious about the stormy growth of Dae-han, Min-guk, and Man-se, who are already taller than Jo Se-ho? Watch it on ‘You Quiz’”.
According to IZE report, this is Song Il-gook and the triplets’ first appearance on “You Quiz”. They joined the recording that took place on the same day and met with MCs Yoo Jae-suk and Jo Se-ho. The father and his three sons will show up on TV together for the first time since their last appearance on KBS 2TV’s “The Return of Superman”.
“The Return of Superman” gained huge love as it showed the reality of the triplets’ growth and Song Il-gook’s parenting life. Through their participation in “You Quiz”, viewers will be able to hear more behind-the-scenes stories of the three’s childhood and whereabouts.
In particular, the triplets are already in the 6th grade of elementary school and will enter middle school next year. This episode, featuring Song Il-gook and the triplets, is scheduled to air next month.
Meanwhile, Song Il-gook married a legal professional in 2008 and had the triplets in 2012. Later, the actor drew keen attention when he joined “The Return of Superman” and showcased his daily life with his three sons.
