“Tampering denial” Min Hee-jin caught in critical photos “The chairman who attended the meeting commented on the situation”

On December 2, Dispatch reported on evidence suggesting Min Hee-jin’s involvement in tampering allegations, as well as her role in recent controversies surrounding NewJeans‘ sudden YouTube live broadcast, member Hanni’s appearance at a National Assembly hearing and the abrupt press conference announcing a contract termination.
In November, Min Hee-jin‘s side denied, “Claims that I have decided to receive investments or sign contracts with someone are completely untrue.”

However, Dispatch countered her denial, revealing that Min Hee-jin had met directly with “Davolink”. According to their report, on September 30, she met with A, the real owner of this company, and the meeting was allegedly facilitated by B, a relative (uncle) of a NewJeans member. Dispatch even published photos of their meeting.
The report also raised tampering allegations, pointing out that Min Hee-jin was still an ADOR director at the time and that NewJeans’ contract runs until July 31, 2029. Thus, any prior negotiations would qualify as premature contact.

According to Dispatch, B asked A if A could invest around 5 billion KRW, and they reportedly discussed various matters for three hours. Two days after the meeting, on October 2, Davolink announced plans to appoint new directors. However, Min Hee-jin later denied any contact with Davolink. Subsequently, A removed B from the proposed list of directors.
Commenting on the situation, A stated, “They directly came to my house, saying they wanted to meet. And yet they claim there was no contact at all? Their lies caused the stock price to plummet by 50% in a short period. It’s absolutely absurd.”
