This Actress Shocks Everyone with “I Have a Son” Confession Despite Not Being Married
Since then, Kim Yoon-hye has charmed audiences through a wide array of works like “My Mom! Super Mom!”, “The Third Charm”, “Vincenzo”, “Shooting Stars”, “Ghost Sweepers”, “Steel Cold Winter”, “The Advocate: A Missing Body”, “Because I Love You” and “Goodbye Earth”.

On December 21, the 2024 SBS Drama Awards took place. During the event, Kim Yoon-hye appeared alongside actor Shin Jae-ha as an award presenter for the “Excellence Award, Actor in a Seasonal Drama” category. Shin Jae-ha grabbed attention when he said, “I hear you’ll be revealing your son through an SBS drama next year?” Kim Yoon-hye responded, “Yes, I have a very lovely son.”
She then added, “On January 3 next year, I’ll greet you with ‘Love Scout’, SBS’s first drama of the new year. I play a spirited single mom. Please look forward to this new side of me. It’s a heart-fluttering drama that I hope you’ll enjoy, co-starring Han Ji-min and Lee Joon-hyuk.”

Kim Yoon-hye, who received acclaim for her role as the princess of Maeran Theater Company in “Jeongnyeon: The Star Is Born”, will now portray Jung Soo-hyun, a picture book writer and single mother. Despite societal prejudices, Soo-hyun remains cheerful and energetic, refusing to back down from challenges. Inspired by her desire to teach her son and others about the diversity of family structures, she begins writing her own stories, stepping beyond her usual illustration work.

As her son grows, moments arise when he begins to feel the absence of a male figure in his life. The appearance of her neighbor Eun-ho, who is not only skilled in cooking and housekeeping but seemingly perfect in every way, proves to be a true salvation. The mutually supportive bond they develop is expected to bring another layer of enjoyment to the story.

Anticipation is building to see how actress Kim Yoon-hye, who continues to challenge herself with diverse roles, will portray the resilient single mom and writer Soo-hyun, navigating through the world’s judgmental gaze with determination.
