According to real estate industry sources on May 2, TWICE’s Jihyo acquired the three-story property in March last year, completing the ownership transfer with no mortgage registered—indicating a full-cash deal. She officially became a registered housing rental business operator the following month, qualifying for tax benefits but also subject to regulations such as a 5% rent cap and mandatory lease duration.

The building, originally constructed in June 1986, is located in a prime area within the Seongsu Strategic Redevelopment Zone near Seongsu Station. It is considered a high-value asset due to its redevelopment potential. The structure includes commercial spaces on the first floor, offices on the second, and residential use on the third.

With a land area of 152 m² and a total floor area of 330.21 m², the land value per pyeong is estimated at around ₩86.99 million. The location’s zoning as a type-3 general residential area further increases its development appeal, potentially boosting future value through redevelopment or apartment rights.

TWICE Coldplay

Meanwhile, TWICE recently surprised fans with the release of “WE PRAY (TWICE Version),” a collaboration with Coldplay. They also performed as special guests at Coldplay’s concert in Goyang and shared the stage with Coldplay and Eliana, receiving enthusiastic responses.

Looking ahead, members Jeongyeon, Jihyo, and Chaeyoung will feature on the soundtrack of Netflix’s animated global film K-Pop: Demon Hunters, releasing worldwide on June 20. TWICE will also headline Lollapalooza Chicago on August 2.
