Jeongyeon Reveals Which Sister’s Side She Takes
Previously on February 18th, a video titled “TWICE’s Jeongyeon appears to get revenge on her greatest junior! She left with a real friend vibe…ㅠㅠ” was published.
In this video, Jeongyeon called her older sister, actress Gong Seung-yeon, and played a game where she got pocket money based on the number of times she got a chance to win. After getting an extra chance and succeeding in the mission, she said, “This is awesome. Hanging up.” and hung up the phone, making everyone laugh.
When Jung Hyung-don asked, “Don’t you get scolded by your sister for doing this?” , Jeongyeon responded nonchalantly, saying, “It’s okay. I get scolded a lot. She always calls me an idiot.”
When asked if she remembered the biggest fight she had with her older sister, Jeongyeon confessed, “When I was little, my older sister talked back to mom and dad too much. I didn’t even talk back, it was just that while we were driving, I said, ‘Sister, don’t act like that,’ and she said, ‘Who are you?’ and kicked my eye with her foot, so I got a black eye.”
Hearing this, Jung Hyung-don joked, “I guess that’s why your eyes are so big now.”
In response to the question about which side she’d take among her sister, Jeongyeon replied, “My first older sister (Gong Seung-yeon) and my second older sister are born the same year, so they fight a lot. I take my first older sister’s side in front of my first older sister, and I take my second older sister’s side in front of my second older sister. She’s a pacifist.”
Exposing Gong Seung-yeon for “Violent Behavior”
Meanwhile, Jeongyeon also exposed Gong Seung-yeon in a previous video titled “TWICE’s Ultimate Duo Assembles! Jihyo x Jeongyeon Reveal Everything (+Fighting Stories with Gong Seung-yeon?!) EP.8″.
In the video, Jeongyeon visited fellow TWICE member Jihyo’s home, where she received a cherished item from Jihyo. They also made melon bingsu together and shared various stories.
At one point, Jeongyeon suggested they play a balance game and asked Jihyo, “If you had to live with, five-year-old Jeongyeon vs five Jeongyeons?“
Jihyo responded “Five Jeongyeons“, to which Jeongyeon replied, “Really? I was really well-behaved when I was five.”
Jihyo shared, “Mom said I was such a difficult child. She told me, ‘You should have a daughter like yourself!’” Jihyo revealed that she is 11 years and 5 years older than her younger siblings.
Jeongyeon then teased Jihyo “Why did you side-kick your little siblings around like that?“, starting an unexpected confession game.
Not to be outdone, Jihyo retorted, “It’s the same with you guys. You came with a bloody eye after fighting with Seungyeon.”
Flustered Jeongyeon admitted “I got hit by my sister a lot. I still get hit these days” and jokingly added, “Please don’t edit this out. So she stops hitting me.”
When asked “What did you do so wrong?“, Jeongyeon humorously replied, “I think I just frustrate her.” This remark made everyone laugh.
