Previously, the police launched an investigation into Song Mino based on a request from the Military Manpower Administration, booking him on charges of violating the Military Service Act.

Song Mino began his alternative service as a public service worker on March 24, 2023 and was discharged on December 23, 2024.

However, reports emerged during his service period alleging that he did not fulfill his duties properly, sparking a controversy over negligent service. In response, the police executed a search and seizure warrant at both his workplace and residence, securing CCTV footage and service records to verify his working hours and whether he had been absent without leave.

Particularly, the Military Manpower Administration has stated that if the police investigation confirms misconduct, even though Song Mino has already been discharged, his discharge status could be revoked, and he may be required to serve again for the period in question.

Meanwhile, WINNER is set to hold a solo concert without Song Mino on July 26 and 27 at Olympic Hall in Seoul Olympic Park, featuring only the remaining three members: Kang Seung-yoon, Kim Jin-woo and Lee Seung-hoon.](https://netizenbuzz.com/winner-3-member-concert-2025/)
