Yoon Shi-yoon Returns to K-Drama Scene with Special Appearance in “Taxi Driver 3”
According to industry insiders on May 14, Yoon Shi-yoon will appear in SBS’s new drama “Taxi Driver 3″ and take charge of one of the key episodes.
“Taxi Driver“, based on a webtoon of the same name, tells the story of a mysterious taxi company, Rainbow Taxi, and its driver Kim Do-gi who carries out private revenge on behalf of wronged victims. Following the success of Seasons 1 and 2 in 2021 and 2023 respectively, “Taxi Driver 3″ is currently in production and is slated to premiere this November.

Yoon Shi-yoon debuted in 2009 through the sitcom “High Kick Through the Roof” and rose to stardom with the drama “Bread, Love and Dreams“. He later appeared in a variety of series including “My Cute Guys“, “Prime Minister & I“, “Secret Healer“, “Hit the Top“, “Grand Prince“, “Your Honor” and “Nokdu Flower“.
Yoon briefly stepped away from the entertainment scene after his 2023 film “Love My Scent” and was reported to be studying abroad in the Philippines for language training, drawing public attention. Recently, he signed an exclusive contract with the newly established agency R&C Entertainment and is currently reviewing offers for his next project.
