On January 12, a post was made on the Korean forum Nate Pann with the title “It’s like they’re trying hard to write NMIXX’s first week album sales.”
The post claimed that even though various articles were made about NMIXX selling 1.03 million copies of its album “A Midsummer NMIXX’s Dream” in the first week of its release, the annual album chart shows that it only sold approximately 830,000 copies.
The post added, “I heard they had 92 fan sign events. I guess it wasn’t enough. I feel sorry for only JYP’s investors who invested after reading those 1 million sales articles.”
As of January 13, the post has gathered approximately 25,000 views and various comments from Internet users.
The top comments are as follows,
“They go perfectly with RIIZE”
“It didn’t even become a hot topic”
“Who are buying their albums anyway”
“4th generation groups have all done this before. Why NMIXX is being put in the spotlight?”
