Eunchae’s Career
LE SSERAFIM
In April 2022, Eunchae was revealed as the 3rd member of girl group LE SSERAFIM, which debuted in May 2022. She is known to have participated in the lyrics writing and composition in 2 of the group’s songs – “FEARNOT” and “We got so much”.

Non-musical activities
Eunchae became a regular MC for the Korean music show “Music Bank” in 2023. She is also hosting the solo YouTube show “Eunchae’s Star Diary”, garnering attention for her bright energy and variety sense.
However, it was confirmed in September 11 that Eunchae would be stepping down as the “Music Bank” MC position.

Eunchae is the youngest in her family, and has an older brother. She was recruited by Source Music in January 2021 during auditions at Def Dance Skool, and trained for 1 year & 4 months.
During elementary school, Eunchae was a student president and joined the media club. She also participated in the athletic club in middle school.
According to Eunchae herself, she started dreaming of becoming an idol after watching SEVENTEEN’s performance in 2018. Prior to that, she thought of being a teacher or paramedics
Due to her large age gaps with fellow LE SSERAFIM members, Eunchae is often “babied” by her big sisters.
Controversy
In March 2024, member Eunchae came under scrutiny due to her past remarks. In particular, she first used Korean grammar wrongly despite being born and raised in Korea, prompting questions about her academic level.
Additionally, Eunchae was accused of showing a sarcastic attitude when discussing fans’ experiences at school, and faced allegations of having failed the entrance exam to Hanlim Arts School twice.
In September, Eunchae also came under fire for “ruining” the personal items of staff members with stickers to promote LE SSERAFIM’s title track “Crazy”. However, the staff member in question later directly defended the female idol, even showing support for Eunchae.
